Evening in style - Clive Christian

Victoria Christian, eldest daughter of Clive Christian and Global spokesperson for the company will explain the history of the perfume house that is now the most expensive perfume in the world.
The Clive Christian story is a fascinating one, from when Victoria and her father found the original bottle from the 1800’s under the floorboards of the family home dating to 1870’s.
Clive Christian was commissioned to create a crystal Tiara bottle for Queen Elizabeth II to commemorate her Golden Jubilee – 50th Year on the throne. He also created the No.1 Imperial Majesty bottle – only 10 pieces valued at £195,000 and exclusively unveiled at Harrods. It later made it into the Guinness World Record for being the World’s most expensive perfume. Katie Holmes chose No.1for her wedding to Tom Cruise.
Join Victoria at the Lifestyle Club on the 22nd October, where Victoria will give members sensory experience of 1872, X and No.1perfumes for both men and women.

Presenting:

No.1: Truly fit for a queen. An extravagant and complex bouquet of precious Indian jasmine, mandarin and sandalwood. This rare bottle is handmade of lead crystal. The neck is 24-karat gold-plated sterling silver, stamped with unique hallmarks and set with a brilliant-cut diamond solitaire. The stopper is fashioned after the original design granted by Queen Victoria.
Interesting scent, but smells like a mix of baby powder and soap?

1872: Effortless elegance, this classic, citrus perfume opens to a heart of Rose de Mai, which has often been associated with the presence of an angel. So pure that 170 roses are needed to make just one drop. Rose de Mai is so rare that it blooms for just three weeks each year in May. Known as 'The Painter's Rose' and still sourced in Grasse, France, to produce one pound of absolute, 10,000 pounds of rose blossoms must be handpicked before dawn.

X: This one - pretty much did it for me (As did the male version) Featured with 24-karat gold plated sterling silver collar and engraved crown stopper .Exotic, sensual and dynamic
Top notes of peach, Sicilian mandarin, bergamot, rhubarb, pineapple
Heart notes of Egyptian jasmine, rose, lily of the valley, orris
Base notes of patchouli, cedarwood, vetiver, vanilla, cashmere musk
