A year ago today, I was preparing for one of the biggest trips of my life. Biggest to me because for the last 10 years, I have been wanting to visit Iceland. And visit we did. Icehiking, swimming in the blue lagoon, feeding the seals, ice-climbing, and having the best company in the world. Despite the rainy weather, it was the most beautiful place I have ever seen. Something surreal about it, nature at its best, landscapes untouched, stunning structures, tranquility all around.
